From the Director's Desk…Dear Resident:Our leisure time is a valuable commodity, and for this reason we are striving to continually offer a variety of activities geared toward fulfilling the needs of all our residents. The Department of Recreation proudly presents a listing of programs and events available to you and your family. Within this brochure, there is a listing of programs and events offered for the Fall-Winter season. Please refer to the chart-Program Information-for the dates, times, and general information. The Program Description will give an explanation of what the program entails. The Registration Information will provide you with our policy and procedure for registering for our programs. It is strongly recommended to register on the first day that registration opens. In addition to our programs and events, we have placed a high priority on developing our parks and recreational sites. We are very pleased that we have received approval to file for a loan grant to begin Phase I at the proposed recreational site located on Route 94. THE BLAIRSTOWN DEPARTMENT OF RECREATION |

REGISTRATION:Please take a moment to read the information of registration. Program registration is accepted in-person-during office hours, mail-in, or by using the drop off box located outside the municipal building. Phone registrations are not accepted; however, some special events require a RSVP by calling the Recreation office. A RSVP is needed because a headcount must be provided to an outside agency. To RSVP contact the Recreation office with family name, number of adults and children attending, and home telephone number. This information is needed in case there is a change or cancellation so registrants can be notified. Click here to download the registration form |
